We Apologize – No Events at R4 Gym Until 2022

Large Events may take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.

Westside Events simply manages the event space, and does not plan or organize events.

-Event Rental:   $550 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.

• No additional cost for 4 extra hours of setup and breakdown.

• Westside Events will lay carpet tiles, set-up R4 furniture and clean-up after events at no additional cost.

• An off-duty uniformed police officer will be secured at additional cost for every large event serving alcohol.

-Birthday Parties:   $350 total for a 2-hour sports party.

• Full, half or split-court basketball, volleyball, dodgeball or futsal.

• Light fare and cake may be served in the outdoor courtyard with self clean-up.

-Courtyard Rental:   $300 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
